Very quiet place, with an easy self check in. We arrived very late and being able to self check in was great. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is part of the room as just separated by a glass, but all functional.

Due to external circumstances I booked the room late evening before arrival and arrived late because of traffic problems. Lady on reception was wery kind and helpfull, all issues were solved before my arrival via telephone (when I stayed in the queue on the road).

Where should I begin? I have previously stayed at this hotel and I was impressed by their services, their kindness and how client-oriented they are, but this time they surprised me in a big way. When we arrived, my mother had the hangers with the coats and I took the luggage out of the car, and when we entered the hotel, a very kind woman from the reception jumped out and took the hangers from my mother and another coleague of hers took my bags. They remembered our names and as we checked in, they were all smiles.. then they told us they have a surprise for us and we are receiving an upgrade from our Deluxe Double Room (I recommend to take it with a view). We were very impressed until we arrived in the room which was the Maisonette Suite ! OMG ! WOW ! The suite was so beautiful but the view was mind blowing.. I even told my mother that she put the world at my feet and I put Vienna at her feet :D They really surprised us in such a special way since I was having a difficult period in my life. Everything was wow, mindblower, extraordinary. I also recommend the breakfast at the Brasserie&Bakery, they are so client oriented and kind, and smiling and the food is wow.. I recommend Egg Benedict and fried bacon :) So if you want the best that Vienna has to offer, and a home away from home, this is the right hotel ! Oo, and I forgot to mention that all over the hotel and in the rooms, there are always fresh flowers..
