The whole experience at the hotel was phenomenal, from the classy check in till the day I checked out . Not mentioning the spa experience surrounding with stunning view of the Alps . Need to experience in person !!!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, the facilities were fabulous, spar treatments excellent. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy views and relax in comfy seating. My room was very comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. The hotel has a warm and friendly ambiance and I would without hesitation stay again.

The Villa Excelsior Hotel & Kurhaus enjoys an absolutely quiet and sunny position on the famous Kaiser-Wilhelm-Promenade in Bad Gastein.

Lovely cozy room with amazing views. Very comfortable. The hotel was very good at providing information about local events in a daily newsletter at breakfast. Lots of activities available to kids and a kids club with different activities every day

Breakfast at Villa Solitude cost more than the actual accommodation stay !! It was a complete rip-off the prices they were charging.

It is an excellent place to take the vacation! I haven't felt this welcome and relaxed in a very long time! It has perfect location, the terraces with views are providing a lot great and comfortable places to relax and the extra bonus in form of small "jause" with tasty soup, home made bread and cakes was just topping the amazing experience! Thank you for great stay, it was very enjoyable!
