I had a good experience staying at Marwa Hotel. The room is spacious. Bidet is available, that is important for me as an Asian:). Breakfast is tasteful with various types of western, asian, & vegetarian foods. Coffee machines are available to serve espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, etc. The staff are very friendly, welcoming us, & have good English. They are very kind to help me to book a rental car to Samarkand. Also, transfer service from the airport was very helpful for me that arrived around midnight. The hotel location is near some tourist destinations (Chorsu Bazaar, Kokaldash Madrasa, Hoja Ahror Mosque).

Interiors are beyond wonderful.

They explained everything clearly and showed us around. The room was spacious and very clean. Despite our early departure, the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us in advance. The location is perfect — only a 15-minute drive from the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. Our departure was at 5 AM, and they were waiting for us with a cup of coffee. Although it was just a short stop, we were very impressed and would gladly stay here again. Ulli Oy Boutique Hotel & Terrace ofrece alojamiento en Khiva. Este alojamiento, que tiene servicio de habitaciones, también ofrece restaurante y terraza. A beautifully maintained guesthouse. Aesthetically decorated with taste. The owner is a very warm and welcoming woman and a wonderful host. We highly recommend everyone to stay there. We will definitely come again.
