Highly recommend! Cannot fault this hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make stay comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again! Food was delicious, ammenities were in great condition and the live music was a bonus!

It is in front of the beach ⛱️ 😎lot of sunbeds ,shadows, and trees, very clean. Good for rest. The food was very good. all employees were willing to help with any problem or question. Great place to stay.

The owners are very personal and really try to assist in making your stay the best in Zanzibar. Especially since they already know most of the best guides and prices. The views are exceptional and the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend this spot everyone.

We stayed at Babalao bungalows for four nights and there are many reasons why I would return It is literally two minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island The hotel is tastefully decorated and very well-maintained The Wi-Fi is exceptional which is important to people like myself who unfortunately have to continue working a couple of hours a day The breakfast is varied and generous - I personally declined a third of the choice every day One of the main features I appreciated the most was the genuine helpful advice I received from the owners Who I honestly believe do not ask for commission on any of the taxi services or excursions I say this because it was cheaper to go through the hotel than try and bargain on the beach with the numerous hawkers ! Elena And Max seem to take pride in offering a good quality of service And ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay A big thank you to all the team !

The views are insane, the bungalows are huge, the food was impeccable and service outstanding! The manager really takes care of you and can assist you with making the most of your holiday and stay.
