The staff were exceptionally and I thank the Manager for my trip arrangements and the change of my room. Breakfast was exceptional and Inna was very helpful with breakfast and the delicious coffee. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, with a smooth airport pick-up service that made our arrival hassle-free. The hotel itself offers a great experience, with a convenient location and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it was accommodating requests or providing helpful local insights, the team’s dedication to hospitality was exceptional. If you’re visiting Dili and looking for a hotel with fantastic service and genuine warmth, we highly recommend Hotel Timor!

Palm Beach Hotel Dili asub Dilis, Lusitana rannast 1,8 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja ühine puhkeruum. The staff were outstanding. They arranged a taxi for me so I could do a tour of Dili at short notice. They also made sure that the taxi not only took me to the sites I wanted to see and then picked me up from Cristo Rei, where I stayed for an hour. They arranged dinner for me and the free shuttle to the airport. Moreover, my room, or should I say mini apartment, was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. All in all, my stay at Palm Beach was excellent.

Best location in Dili for business travel. In middle of largest shopping center in country, with groceries, restaurants, a cinema, and even a medical clinic. Buffet breakfast every morning, lunch and dinner at rooftop fine-dining restaurant. Staff all speak English and are exceptionally warm and helpful. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. Taxis and mikrolets stop right in front of the hotel. I plan on staying here on my next trip to Dili. Only other competing hotel is the Hilton when it opens, but that surrounding neighborhood is not wonderful and has few if any restaurants or shops.
