The area is very quiet which we appreciated a lot. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and large. We got free bottled water everyday during our stay.

I highly recommend Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle on the first day, but the concierge service provided excellent support. Hurting my ankle wasn’t part of the plan, but I ended up having an unexpected medical tour, thanks to his assistance! I sincerely appreciate Ms. Sorrarat Viriyaphanichakij, the Front Office Manager, for her thoughtful care and kindness during our stay. Her warm support truly made a difference. I'll definitely come back to this beautiful hotel sometime soon.

They had an app you could use to do everything from ordering room service, scheduling housekeeping, and learning about activities offered on site. The room was huge and beautiful. Super comfy bed and big tv! Lots of things to do on site - sailing, wine tasting, feeding monks, etc. They also had several restaurants on site.

Great facilities and friendly staffs, they take care of my bf’s wheelchair every single time we go down at lobby to wait for Grab. Breakfast is great, I love their Noddle counter, the ChaXiu and fishball is really fresh, you should try ! My housekeeper at 1202 is super kind too. Dont forget to leave them a Tip, they are your brother and sister 🍓

Located in Bangkok, 700 metres from Emporium Shopping Mall, SILQ Hotel & Residence provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Before booking SilQ, I actually visited the hotel to check out a couple of rooms I was interested in. I ended up choosing the Premier Studio because I really liked the layout. After staying at the neighboring Staybridge Suites for over a month, we had a ton of luggage to move, and I’m super grateful to the SilQ staff for helping us with the move, even though it was a really busy time for them. The check-in process was a bit slow, and the elevators could get crowded and take a while during peak hours. There were also a few small issues with the elevators here and there, but the staff was always quick to fix them. During my stay, I really felt the warmth and friendliness of the team—whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the concierge. They genuinely cared about guest feedback, which I really appreciated. The hotel’s ionic onsen is amazing, though you need to book it in advance. The room is super comfortable, with strong water pressure in the shower and a bathroom design that separates wet and dry areas—both of which I loved. Most of the guests here are tourists, whereas the Staybridge Suites and Marriott Apartments next door seem to have more expats working in Bangkok. The hotel also has a tuk-tuk shuttle that runs every hour. While it’s not super frequent, it’s almost never full, and the staff operating it are incredibly nice. After trying out and comparing a few options, I’ve decided to stay at SilQ again. A big thank-you to the team for the thoughtful birthday cake and the welcome fruits when I arrived—it was such a nice touch. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail from the staff at SilQ. Looking forward to my next stay!
