Starting from how Abdullah at the reception helped me all the way from Madina directing me from Whatspp and making sure that my accommodation was secured to the last day I was departing the hotel back home, all was a beautiful experience to the glory of ALLAH Azzawajal. In fact when I got to the Hotel, it was awesome service A to Z maa shaa ALLAH. I loved the free Shuttle to Haram and the quality and professional services rendered by everyone of the staff at Al Nood. The staff members exhibited exceptional customer service skills and treated me like family. I have recommended Al Nood to all my family and friends. I will love to come back there over and over again. What a lovely experience! I will give them 5 star any day any time.

Easy access to the free non-stop shuttle via a dedicated short route to the Holy Haram Mosque. Quiet location away from the main road with a free around the clock shuttle to the bus station.

Everything from location (on the main road, very easy to find and therefore perfect if you are going for umrah from the the east), comfy beds, very clean, free parking area, complete amenities, good breakfast, helpful staff.

The property is nice and clean. Exactly as advertised in pictures. The location is excellent and very close to the mosque. The staff was excellent and made our stay better. Jahangir Alom ensured the room was maintained well for us.

Very close to Al Haram, Housekeeping is very helpful and delivered excellent service and took care of my room. Special thanks to Supervisor Md. Mamoon, room boy Shahin Alom and also Mainal Huq and Sohel RANA. Barakallahu feek you all.
