GM Mr Fares Bandak offered us when we arrived a free ride from the bus stop to the hotel as we were first time there. And receptionist Mr Hana helped us printing our check in! Excellent position in Bethlehem , 10 min walk straight direction to Manger Square ( Nativity Church and Omar's Mosque )

The hotel was well located and equipped, the staff were very helpful and polite especially Mohamad bushnaq and Qais were friendly.. During our short stay at the hotel we felt home and the environment was super comfortable.

Centrally located in the heart of Ramallah, this hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from the Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center. The spacious rooms and suites all have a balcony and a flat-screen TV. Great location - right in the centre of town and close to everything. The room was very nice, spacious and clean, service was really friendly and the on-site cafe was also great.
