From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was simply perfect. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – by far the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve encountered in all my years of traveling. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant service, was warm, genuine, and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, but somehow still feels like a hidden gem – it’s seriously underrated for the quality it delivers. Whether you're visiting Muscat for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so memorable – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Огромная кровать, в номере есть все необходимое, завтраки неплохие, омлет очень вкусный) Паркинг подземный и очень большой. Но самое приятное в этом отеле это персонал, отдельное спасибо Kiran, который быстро помог решить возникшие неполадки, также переживал за мой незначительный порез на руке, предоставил аптечку, это было очень мило) Удобно добираться с аэропорта, рядом есть lulu, Macdonald и вкусный ресторан рядом с мечетью)

I had the pleasure of staying at Koofan Heritage Hotel during my recent trip to Salalah, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my journey. From the moment I stepped in, I felt immersed in the warmth of Omani culture and heritage. The atmosphere of the hotel is deeply authentic, and it offers a unique sense of peace and comfort that is hard to describe but impossible to forget. The quality of sleep was exceptional , the room was calm, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the natural surroundings made it feel like I was in a serene oasis away from the modern world. The subtle fragrance of natural materials like clay, Luban, wood, and stone gave the space a grounding and peaceful aroma that made me feel instantly at home. It’s rare to find a place where the building itself tells a story, and at Koofan, every wall, texture, and scent speaks of tradition and harmony with nature. A special thanks goes to Mr. Chouaib, whose hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness made my stay even more memorable. The entire staff was attentive and welcoming, but Mr. Chouaib truly stood out for his story telling with a personal touch and dedication. Without a doubt, I will reconsider Koofan Heritage Hotel for my next trip to Salalah. If you’re sick from star hotels experiences like myself! Go for it and thank me later!

We had a fantastic welcome from the owner! The facilities are perfect. Our rooms were very nice and very comfortable. The location is very good.

Everything was absolutely perfect — from the stunning rooms to the amazing service. The beds were out of this world — it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I have never experienced anything so comfortable before. Watching the most beautiful sunrise from my hotel window was an unforgettable experience — the sky was filled with breathtaking colors. I can’t wait to come back again!

The tents are very authentic, the beds are big and comfortable. The place has a beautiful setting in the desert. We were welcomed by dates, coffee, fruits. We ordered a dinner, which was really delicious and rich. Also, the breakfast was a traditional arab pancake, absolutely tasty. You need a 4 WD car to get to the camp, but the host can pick you up at a designated location.
