Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

Located in the heart of Taipa, Altira Macau is conveniently within 2 km to Taipa Houses Museum and the Orient Golf Club. The pool and spa area is absolutely stunning! The luxury brands used for hairdryers and general amenities truly elevate the experience. I felt as though I was in a first-class establishment, where every detail was thoughtfully curated for guest comfort. Both the rooms and changing facilities are well-equipped, offering a range of complimentary amenities like toothbrushes, moisturisers, and shavers, making it incredibly convenient. The service is genuinely exceptional! Additionally, the location is perfect, providing breathtaking views of the Macau harbour. This experience is truly world-class!

I had such a wonderful stay at Artyzen! The in-room dining was not only delicious but also very generous in portion size—perfect after a long day. The room was always spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The service really stood out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming every time we entered the hotel, which made us feel truly valued. When we needed a taxi, they were quick to assist and always made sure we were taken care of. The check-in process was also smooth and friendly. Overall, this was truly 5-star service in every way. Highly recommended!

מלון לג'נד פאלאס (Legend Palace Hotel) שוכן בסמוך למסוף המעבורת החיצונית במקאו (Macau). הוא מתהדר בבריכה חיצונית לכל אורך השנה ובאמבט עיסוי. חדרים מסוימים מציעים לאורחים נופים ספציפיים. The place was literally a walking distance from the port. We had a really nice stay and were upgraded to a bigger room. Thanks to the staff who also helped me find my phone. Very efficient and helpful. The room itself is massive.

מלון פור סיזנס מקאו, קוטאי סטריפ (Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip) מציע חווית אירוח ברמת 5 כוכבים במקאו (Macao), במרחק של 5 דקות נסיעה ממגרש הגולף בן 18 הגומות סיזרס (Caesars) מקאו, וכולל בקתות... מדהים , מדהים, מדהים אין ספק שנחזור שוב הכל היה פשוט מושלם, הצוות דאג לכל דבר שאנחנו רק רצינו, שירות יוצא מן הכלל. הכל נקי מאוד, והם פשוט חושבים על הפרטים הקטנים היה מדהים !

Everything is perfect. Staff are wonderful from reception, housekeeping, and WA. Room is spacious and modern. Amenities are lovely. Lounge is avail for free for guest around 4pm-7pm. Def will choose Andaz if we visit Macau in the future.
