We had a fantastic stay at ocean bliss villa mirissa with the reasonable price and is good value for money. 'A truly home like stay'. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect ans amazing - closed to Kamburugamuwa beach, Mirissa beach and Madiha beach. We got the breakfast also. It was very delicious. I higherly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Mirissa , Kamburugamuwa , Madiha , Polhena and Matara areas and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything, every little detail, was just fascinating. The rooms are set in an amazingly beautiful garden, and are very well equipped & super comfortable. Treat yourself to local dinner - so far our best meal in Sri Lanka (and we had many very good dinners before!), don't miss it. As for the hosts - everyone was super friendly and welcoming, we were served delicious tea upon arrival and Leel spoke very good English. As for the safari - we can't imagine a better guide taking care of us. Leel knew the park very well (showed us beautiful places off the beaten path), you could see he cared very much for the wellbeing of present animals and was very knowledgeable about them. Overall, he's a guy that would save you even from a charging elephant.

This place was faraway from crowd for those who like to enjoy the calmest most poetic atmosphere. Though it was only 30 minutes away from Sigirya Rock which I really recommend visiting early in the morning. Mr. Ravi was very welcoming and generously kind and caring with two lovely little girls and his beautiful wife helping him. He served us many delicious plates, and suggested for us to go on a walk to the nearby lake and come back through the forest. I can’t describe how romantic and poetic the lake was, surrounded by the beautiful rice farms. The villa was huge and had an outdoor bathroom which gives a special feeling taking a bath in the nature.

We had a truly amazing stay at Amba Kola. The food was better than most restaurants and hospitality better than most hotels. The living space is comfortable, the area is calm and within a kilometer from the national park where you can see wild Elephants in their natural habitat.

The dinner was awesome, food was tasty, staffs are very polite and attentive, not long wait time. Rooms are spacious, aircon is strong, natural trees were amazing. There is a nice pool perfect for a dip during the day / night. Booked a safari tour through this resort.(Madura) He is very experienced and knowledgeable about the animals in the national park. He told us stories about some of the elephants. Had a wonderful time.

Such a beautiful oasis in the middle of jungle. Easy access to nationalpark, restaurants, Udawalawe lake etc. while still feeling secluded and private. Beautiful rooms and shared spaces!

Many thanks to Franziska and Kiki for making us feel like home thousands of miles away. Kindness, smiles, responsiveness and attentiveness of these girls will not leave anyone indifferent :) We would also like to mention the incredible staff of the hotel - you will always be treated with attention and incredibly delicious food :) Very sad to leave this corner of paradise, we will miss you very much! Janaka and his staff let us feel really at home. We had the suite with a private balcony. The room was spacious and beautiful decorated. The food was delicious and because there are only 4 rooms, you must order the food in advance. We went to a beautiful Full Moon ceremony at a temple nearby. This was a very special experience.

I loved the garden, the privacy and ofcourse the owners who treated us like family!
