They picked me up from Seoul Station free of charge, which was a huge help after a long trip, I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of finding a taxi. On a rainy day, I also received a thoughtful message telling me where to find an umbrella. They also helped me to catch a taxi upon my departure. The room is simply decorated but includes all the essentials, and most importantly, it was very clean. There’s no view from the room, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Great location, 5 mins walk to the closest subway station and several bus stops around.

Very well located, close to great restaurant areas and the airport. The staff was extremely kind — they held our luggage while we waited for check-in and even allowed us to check in early. Truly great service. There’s a laundry area, which was very helpful and had clear instructions for using both the washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro video game machine — I had a lot of fun with it! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and easy to move around in. The atmosphere was very peaceful — we slept soundly without any disturbances. I’d definitely stay here again.

We especially enjoyed breakfast, the room was perfect for a family of four and we enjoyed the free mini bar. The stuff was always friendly and helpful and the location is perfect, so many things to do around!
