We stayed here twice during our trip for a total of 10 days. This was one of the most comfortable hotels in Central Asia. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with all our requests and questions. They are always warm and friendly at all hours. The beds are an absolute dream. The hot water is great with good pressure and lasts a long time. Cleaning is super. Free fresh drinking water. Location is good. 15-20 minutes walk to Ala Too, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, there's a nice restaurant across the street and others within 5 minutes. Internet wifi is fast and strong. I never had a problem taking video calls for work. If I'm back in Bishkek I won't bother looking anywhere else.

The lady that was on the reception on September 1st is a gem. She's so helpful, attentive, perceptive, helps you out before asking for her help. I advise you to hold onto her and never let her go.

The property is amazing, the people are so friendly and welcoming they make you feel so homy and comfortable. They are always smiling. We highly recommend the property it is very clean, very peaceful, beautiful, their food is also great ….you will certainly not regret booking here

Staff was amazing, they did their best to make our as comfortable as possible and were very polite and attentive. Guys at reception deserve a huge credit for making a great impression of stay and included breakfast was great with a big variety of foods. Amenities were great, bathroom had anything that we might have needed.

מקום האירוח ALTO Cabins שוכן בAlamedin, ויש בו אינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם. במלון יש טרסה ונוף לעיר, ותוכלו ליהנות מארוחה במסעדה או ממשקה בבר. בכל החדרים יש מרפסת עם נוף להרים. Cabins are totally equipped, big and extremely clean. Bed is super confortable. In their restaurant you can have dinner and you could also cool in your cabin if you prefer. Staff is super kind and friendly, and you can enjoy the views from Bishkek. We visited in june.
