Although they disappointed me at first because they canceled my reservation without prior warning due to a mixup with my bank I must say the staff were incredibly helpI don’t think it was because of the misunderstanding I think that this is their way. Objekat Hotel Traveltine Kyoto Kiyamachi je smešten na atraktivnoj lokaciji u gradu Kjoto, i to u četvrti Shimogyo Ward, na 12 min. Everything! The beds were comfy, the room was spacious and clean. The service was exceptional. There is a complimentary small breakfast with pastries every morning which was a really neat touch. The staff are very hospitable and can't do enough for you. The location is wonderful, just 15 minutes from the busy centre but the immediate area is so quiet! It's also very close to the river for morning walks.

Great Location directly at the Yokohama Station, there are a lot of Restaurants directly around the hotel. Fitness room was sufficient, clean and provided towels as well as water. Room was sufficiently big.
