The second time we cancelled another reservation so that we could stay at Strofi once more before we flew out. On both occasions we had very late check ins and the staff were accommodating and communicated with us before our arrival. The room was great and everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also friendly especially Mariami at reception who also helped us book a transfer to Kazbegi. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Graf Hotel! Wow — what a great experience! The staff at Graf Hotel are extremely professional and responsive. They took every request seriously, even before my arrival. I had asked for a WhatsApp number to stay in touch in case of any flight delays or cancellations, and they immediately surprised me by reaching out via WhatsApp right after my request — such thoughtful service! The location is just perfect: only 2 minutes from Freedom Square, with easy access to public transportation. The area around the hotel is lively, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops where you can relax even late into the night. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good — a great start to the day. I truly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be my first choice next time I visit Tbilisi!
