Located in Āksum, 500 metres from King Bazens Tomb, Hotel Delina Aksum features a bar and views of the city. One of the most comfortable stays in Ethiopia. Located close to everything. We always had hot water. The owner is able to set you up with tour guides if you'd like, and is very receptive to all of your needs and questions.

Our stay at Lodge Du Chateau was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible team who went above and beyond to make our trip special. 1. Above-and-Beyond Assistance:When our luggage was lost by the airline, Simon and Tesema helped us communicate with the airline and tracked it down. They even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the hotel the next day—such a relief! 2. Delicious Breakfast with a View: The breakfast was amazing, with so many choices, and enjoying it on the beautiful rooftop terrace with views of Gonder was the perfect way to start each day. 3. Local Experiences & Great Company: Tesema took us on a guided walk to the local market, which was so much fun! We even had a wonderful dinner together—it felt like being with family. 4. Helpful Travel Tips: Tesema gave us great advice about exploring Gonder and Ethiopia, making our travels much smoother and more enjoyable. 5. A Comfortable & Welcoming Stay: The entire team made us feel at home. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay unforgettable. 6. Safe & Wonderful Destination: Gonder is a safe and fascinating city to visit, and we can’t wait to return—especially to stay at Lodge Du Chateau again! An excellent option in Gonder. Staff is extremely helpful. Food in their sister restaurant (a short walk from the property) is extremely tasty and great value.

Boasting a terrace and a bar, Gondar Hills Resort is set in Gonder, 2.8 km from Fasilida's Bath and 2.9 km from Kuskuam Palatial stone complex Second castle. Everything was perfect and this is, honestly, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! Rooms are huge, very clean, very comfy beds with different pillow types.The views from the hotel are astonishing. Hotel staff was very kind and going extra mile to help.Also the manager, Mrs Miracle is such a great person. I will for sure use this hotel on all my trips to Gondar!

SunView Hotel got great customer service and the hospitality is amazing. The restaurant is excellent. The room was so quiet which helped deep sleep. The manager was available to listen and fixed things discussed at the spot. The hotel is located close to the airport and they provide shuttle service. Overall, it is one of the best places to come again and again.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with a stunning view. Food was of great quality and prepared with love. Couldn't recommend this place more. Mr. Gashaw, was kind, attentive, caring and very knowledgeable of the area.

Absolutely loved my stay at honey Land hotel! The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location close to everything I wanted to see in Lalibela. They even helped me arrange transportation, and tour for Lalibela churches and surrounding which made things so easy. I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend staying honey Land Hotel!!
