It felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay unforgettable. Cleanliness: Impeccable! Every space — from the lobby to the room — was spotless. The fresh scent and perfectly arranged rooms made it feel like I was the first guest to ever stay there. Dining: The food was a culinary masterpiece. Each dish was a work of art, bursting with flavor. Breakfasts were delightful, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Comfort: The room was a sanctuary. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the modern amenities made everything feel luxurious. The view from the window was breathtaking and a perfect way to start the day. Location: Perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration. Everything I needed was either within walking distance or a short ride away. The weather was perfect, enhancing both our beach and pool experiences, which were equally delightful. What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Kind, helpful, and full of humor, Abd Al Raheem, Ahmed, Yahya, Abdo and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. We had an amazing time at the Cleopatra Adults Only. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. You also get two separate beach towels that you can exchange anytime. There are different pools and the area is quite large, so we always found a good spot without feeling cramped. At breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always a great variety of different hot and cold dishes, salads, types of bread and desserts. However, what makes the resort stand out is the exceptional helpfulness of the staff - everyone is extremely courteous, friendly and personal. You feel welcome and at home from the very first second.
