Everything super clean, the pool is so nice and calm. Madonna from guest relations helping me find a nice restaurant around and made me feel so comfortable. I really recommend Hyatt Regency Cairo West.

Among Cairo hotels, Steigenberger El Tahrir secures a spectacular location in El Tahrir Square, overlooking the Egyptian museum, minutes away from Khan El Khalili Bazar, and in close proximity to... Staff are very helpful, especially Asil/اصيل at front desk who was professional & kindly facilitated extending our stay. Breakfast includes a wide variety & is of excellent quality. Location allows for easy access to city centre & main attractions. Would highly recommend & return to Steigenberger Hotel/El Tahrir on future visits to Cairo.

The friendliness of the team was always helpful whenever we had a request, security was great, and we always felt safe (an important factor during these times) Michael at the Front Desk was a significant help, extremely approachable and understanding of our needs and the long travel we had done. Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!
