The hosts were friendly and attentive; the room was lovely and very clean; the breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip; great shower; easy and free parking; and the location was great - on a quiet, residential street, but close enough to walk down to the lake.

Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

Hotel Vendaval apresenta um jardim, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Puerto Natales. Great location, very clean, neat and stylish. Helpful and friendly staff. We spent a day in the hotel but I think it would be comfortable to stay there to visit the park every day.
