Very clean and modern. Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

Situé à Puerto Natales, l’établissement Hotel Vendaval comprend un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse et un restaurant. Great location, very clean, neat and stylish. Helpful and friendly staff. We spent a day in the hotel but I think it would be comfortable to stay there to visit the park every day.

The room was comfortable and warm (we stayed in winter and temperatures can be very cold by night). The breakfast was good with multiple options. It is possible to get coffee or tea anytime.

Very helpful staff. Just a few minutes walk to the plaza, restaurants and taxi stand. Bus station is about 5 minutes. The staff were exceptionally helpful over the phone and during our stay.
