In a prime location in the centre of Toronto, Sutton Place Hotel Toronto provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.

I loved everything about the property! The stunning view, spacious rooms, and beautiful patio were truly impressive. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. James was fun and very welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to visit again.

The customer service of this hotel is top notch. Gym is spacious with everything you need for a nice workout. There is an Illy coffee machine in the room and good quality toiletries. There is also a very nice onsite restaurant aside from others that are within the vicinity. The location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations, restaurants, money exchange, shopping center. This hotel is one reason I would go back to Vancouver.

Well located in the centre of Calgary, Alt Hotel Calgary East Village provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. Lovely avant-garde techy decor and room controls. Extremely comfortable and well thought out spaces. Very relaxing lobby area, great atmosphere, variety of seating options and pool table or board games. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Underground car park with fast easy access to lobby. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with friend here. Bar access at one end and cafe at other. Fully recommended!

Tasteful, well designed, high-quality service, great location, and love the little perks like bus tickets, soap choices, robes, coffee and tea options, and of course, paddle handles, delicious cafe in the lobby. Love the photos in the hallway, very thoughtful of keeping hotel visitors busy and entertained. Thank you, it was a great and enjoyable time while we were there. The only thing I would consider adding is a pair of sleepers, especially during winter time. Not everyone is traveling with one, and people were wearing their boots or going barefoot around the hotel and in the pool area. Also, fix the elevator, as it was going extremely slow or stopping/missing floors.
