Amazing service from everyone at the hotel, including the front desk. Everyone was kind and always ready to help. We really appreciate everyone, especially the staff. The hotel has an ideal location, the room was very clean and pillows were very comfortable.

I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

The staff were all so kind, especially Aira from the front desk and Gaby from the Riviera restaurant, I’ll definitely come back soon with my family.

Objekt NH Collection Dubai The Palm nalazi se u Dubaiju, na 4 min hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Palm West Beach, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vanjski bazen, besplatno privatno parkiralište, fitness... Amazing facilities and the service at the hotel is exceptional. Berend and Putri are amazing hosts!!!!!

The hotel and the Staff is really helpful, rooms are very clean. Currently one of the Best hotels in Dubai in my opinion.

Please promote Laila she is amazing she super professional if I would ever consider to go back is because her hospitality was the best she showed me around made sure my stay is perfect and also I’m recommending everyone and I would say please if you ever need anything ask Laila

Objekt Vida Creek Beach Hotel nalazi se u Dubaiju, na 13 km od znamenitosti Fontana Dubai, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vanjski bazen, besplatno privatno parkiralište, fitness centar i privatnu plažu.... Vida Creek was the last destination of our honeymoon, which was the best stay ever. Staff was so attentive and very kind, speical thanks to Mahmud in the reception. The room was spacious, very clean, well equipped and also has a beautiful Lagoon view. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of vegeterian items. The best part was of course the Lagoon Beach. It was exceptionnally fun, very vast and well-maintained. Also the hotel arranged us a buggy to Creek Habour. It was very practical and it's only 15min by walking to come back. (a bit tricky on Google Map though, just walk to Palace Creek Habour then continue until Vida Habour) Honestly I hesitated until the last minutes between Vida Creek and Habour. Vida Habour looked bigger and more lively, since there are many restaurants around however we prefer a calm and relaxing environment so Vida Creek was an excellent choice. We travel every year to Dubai & Abu Dhabi 2-4 times so we will definitely come back. Thank you again for the kind gesture.

Lokacija odlična,uposlenici kulturni,uslužni,susretljivi,objekat čist,kreveti udobni,jastuci odlični,sobe odlično namještene,kupaona sa wc odlična,iskreno nisam još bio u takvnom hotelu da mi se sve sviđa a čistoća u objektu me fascinirala.

Objekt One&Only One Za'abeel nalazi se u Dubaiju, na 5 min hoda od znamenitosti Konferencijski centar Dubai World Trade Centre, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vanjski bazen, besplatno privatno... Flawless staff, exceptional attitude:-)
