Château de Monsac felt like stepping into a living fairytale. Fabienne and Frédéric welcomed us with warmth and kindness, and the château itself is beautifully restored with great attention to detail. Our “Lord” suite offered peaceful views of Monsac, the pool, and green hills — with the sound of church bells in the background. We loved Fabienne’s delicious breakfasts and dinners, her care for our son — who felt like a little noble guest — the heated pool, and the evenings filled with wine and conversation on the terrace. A special gathering with locals, thanks to our hosts, made the experience even more magical. This place has a soul. We’ll never forget it. Thank you!

Set in Virsac, 25 km from Matmut Atlantique Stadium, FSP château julie offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Everything! Food was excellent and Patricia is very accomodating and hospitable.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Le verger d'Aglaé&Michel offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Very charming old house recently renovated in a lovely location. The room was also newly renovated, and had a kitchenette with kitchenware, small fridge, kettle and coffee machine (with filters). The host also provided with very good coffee and tea. Very clean, quiet and charming place, with a very kind host and close to several attractions. Two very good restaurants at 10 min walking from the house.

Offering pool views, Château d'Argentonesse is an accommodation situated in Castels, 18 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda Train Station and 39 km from Lascaux. Christelle and Jean-Etienne could not have been more welcoming and friendly. It made our stay at their lovely castle so much the better, that and the pool table!

Boasting pool views, Manoir de Laroque Delprat features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre and an open-air bath, around 20 km from Monkey Forest. We had a great stay at Manoir de Laroque Delprat. Our hosts Aurelia and Julien did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, telling us about the building itself, recommending a good local restaurant and a great chateau to visit nearby. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished with a lovely concealed bathroom.
