The whole place radiates peace and is perfect for relaxation. Everything is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming – we felt at home from the very beginning. The location is fantastic – the swimming area, hiking trails, and other activities are all within walking distance. We enjoyed every moment and would gladly come back. A top recommendation for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and natural beauty all in one place!

She comunicated us via whatsapp every important information. She sent video, how to get into accomodation and all needed information about possibilities how to spent free time, about holidays and opening hours of shops, she sent us via email Erlebnis card for each person as well. We where there on the beggining of the year and apartment was decorated with lights and christmas tree, it has really familiar atmosphere like at home... beds are very comfortable.

The location is excellent—just a 6-minute drive to the main ski lift, making it very convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The house itself was cozy, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was the sauna in the basement, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The rooms were large, well-furnished, and provided plenty of comfort for our family. Andrea, the owner, was exceptionally customer-focused, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her hospitality added a special touch to our experience. We highly recommend Landhaus Pölzl for anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in Bodensdorf!

The whole area is spectacular and offers many activities to enjoy, which it is easy reachable by car. Need to mention, that village is connected to Villach by train that rides every hour, which is also quite convenient. The hostess was very nice and friendly. The apartment had everything that we needed.
