The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped including things like kitchen cloths or dishwashing liquid/dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt, etc. The communication from the host with the check-in instructions was timely and clear. There was a possibility of self-check-in so it was convenient even if we were arriving late in the evening. The host left us a welcome wine, sweets and a Prosecco for the New Year celebration - it was a very nice gesture! :D And the fireworks show in front of the house was amazing! :) The location is convenient, between the Molltaller glacier and Ankogel so we could ski in both locations after a reasonably short drive. The apartment was warm and cosy. We had very nice holidays in Landhaus Burse and we truly recommend it!

The 2 greatest advantages of this hotel were breakfast and lake pier. Breakfast was rich, varied, with a super good combination of sweet and savory options, eggs, coffee, cheese, meat, etc.. Actually the house stands on the hill, approx 10-15 min walk from the lake and the S-Bahn stop, but at the lake itself they have a private beach house with a private pier. The keys for the pier and the wooden cabin are attached to the room keys. It was a great pleasure to chill in a sunbed and dive from the pier. Overall, very kind and welcoming hosts, taking great care of guests. The room was fine, quite spacious, all clean and well maintained, same for the bathroom. Thanks for the amazing weekend!

The apartment is truly exceptional! It has everything you might need – a spacious and comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and appliances, and a balcony with a stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The whole place radiates peace and is perfect for relaxation. Everything is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming – we felt at home from the very beginning. The location is fantastic – the swimming area, hiking trails, and other activities are all within walking distance. We enjoyed every moment and would gladly come back. A top recommendation for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and natural beauty all in one place!

This is a brand-new furnished apartment situated in a calm place at the end of a tranquil village. It includes a cosy living room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view to the Carnic Alps. The host was very friendly and considerate. Upon arrival, there were some welcome drinks and snacks. The kitchen offers modern appliances including a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a classical electric oven. There is enough tableware. The TV service offers a rich choice of programs, mostly in German, but also in English, French, Russian and Croatian. It is great that it allows for time shifting. The bedrooms offer comfortable beds and bed linen.
