The outdoor braai area was perfect.and the wood-fired hot tub was the cherry on top – perfect for unwinding under the stars with a glass of wine in hand. The best part? The wildlife. From the comfort of our deck, we watched ostriches strut by, zebras grazing in the distance, and waterbuck meandering through the bush. It was like having our own personal safari without ever leaving the tent. This is glamping at its finest – all the immersion of the wilderness with none of the roughing it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort.

Jordan was an excellent host, sharing the fascinating history of the property and town, and provided excellent recommend ations for local activities and restaurants.

I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.
