The property is non-smoking and is set 2 km from Wellington Cable Car. The apartment we stayed in was on the first floor of a villa in Thorndon, located next to the German Embassy. The bedroom was large and nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds. A second room used as lounge (technically well equipped) and a seperate bathroom were also on the first floor and to be used solely by us. The villa is located close to Old St. Pauls and the Government area and a 20 minute walk away from the city center with the wharf, points of interest, museums and shopping-opportunities. Ross is a very nice host and gave us very helpful advice as well as excellent recommendations (e.g. where to go for dinner ;o)) We had an excellent stay and - if travelling to Wellington again - will definitely try to stay at Ross's place again!
