Our first milk rice in Sri Lanka :) We unfortunately had to leave the following day due to our schedule and they helped us get our tuktuk going and helped me pick a few stones from our tyre tread :) We couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are passing through Kurunegala

It’s a lovely homestay with amazing, heartwarming and caring owners! Lucky helped me with organizing transportation from Maho, main town in the area, to his place and then to go to Yapahuwa the next morning. Also, I asked for the dinner and it was delicious and huge! I think I could eat it for three days 😂 The area itself is calm and quiet, a Sri Lankan countryside so if you want to spend some time in nature and far from crowds of tourists - that’s the best place to go.
