This villa is located up in Puttady, away from the crowded areas of Kumily and Periyar, definitely for the better. The villa is surrounded by lush nature and very quiet, from there you can walk to the Spice Park administered by the Government of India if you’re into cardamom and pepper (it’s a cool, under-visited place). The villa itself is lovely and staff are really, really dedicated. The food they serve is delicious, especially if you’re into South Indian cuisine. I wish I stayed there longer, one of the best experiences of my trip for sure.

Perfect getaway for people who want to either relax or go hiking. The host, Boney, is a fantastic human being. He offers a sunset and sunrise hike for a small fee, I HIGHLY recommend it for active people. Munnar is gorgeous and this is the place you want to go. The breakfast is delicious and the space is clean and quiet. Boney goes above and beyond and is such a sweet person, helping us navigate the area. He even set us up with a local friend to tour tea farms, go through the local neighborhood, and try local spices. I would highly recommend going here to avoid the typical expensive tourist traps. I could not imagine a better experience than with Pepper County Farm. I hope they continue to have great business as this is the go-to place in Munnar.

Lovely, very kind host (and his dad), he helped us out with organising an activity for our trip. Room was spotless clean, beautiful, well-equipped and modern, just like on the pictures. Had hot water, wifi, and although it was a bit steep drive, there was parking too. Location is near the tea plantations and has nice views. Food that came with the room service was lovely and cheap. All in all, great value for money, would've stayed longer if we didn't have to move.

Owner Vishnu is very warm and welcoming😇 This place Feels like you’re in the middle of a deep forest.. Highly recommend this place and you won’t regret it.. 😊

The hosts were attentive and made us feel like family. Clean and cozy accommodations, and the homemade food was a delightful touch. Convenient location with a genuine local experience. Highly recommended!

We loved the property and easily accessible to the primary spots. Neat and clean property with enough facilities for cooking and with a big parking. It was Calm and peaceful with no disturbance from surrounding and a very supportive owner and care taker. We were 5 Friends and the rooms were very accomodative.
