The house was very roomy with a lot of thought in the layout, it was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, with a real beach vibe. The house could have easily accommodated 8 people with several separate entertainment areas and a great balcony. Avoca North beach was a fairly short 400m or so walk from the house that we enjoyed, with the added bonus of being able to walk down to Avoca if we wanted. Terrigal is only a short drive for some great restaurants, so all our needs were met. We loved the place, our host was great, always available to answer questions and help us if needed.

Although it rained during our visit, we still made the most of it by enjoying the cozy fire pit and spending time on the wharf—our kids had a great time fishing and absolutely loved it. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The location was also convenient, just about 9 minutes from the local plaza for anything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway for the whole family.

Offering lake views, ZEN House Tiny house by the lake is an accommodation set in Narara, 13 km from Central Coast Stadium and 26 km from Booker Bay Marina. No fault of the property or owners - (just a heads up - As it is a Tiny House, the main loft bed has very little head room - and not good if you are claustrophobic. However the living area has a very comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for a couple. The other quirk was (as it was a unique eco build) the toilet is a “nature loo”, (a bit off putting for city folk - we used the local service station when we wanted a normal loo). Also, despite being an eco home and several cooking appliances - there was no microwave. The owners were lovely to talk to on the phone - and easy to contact - but not very responsive to booking.com messages (better to call direct).
