Woodall Country lodge has exceeded our expectations, honestly. Hidden in Addo and close to Addo elephant park, you reside on citrus farm, enjoying spacious rooms with the option of interior and exterior shower. The interior has been managed with love and dedication by the owners, one example which makes South Africa so special. Freddie, the friendly hotel manager arranges everything for you, the parking, the check in, the breakfast and dinner. When he recognized that we were interested in the birds at the breakfast veranda (weaver birds, red bishops, ducks, kingfishers) he arranged a breakfast table directly under the weaver tree. For dinner he played the piano and accompanied the excellent food (lamb shank) with a bottle of South Africa red wine. We never will forget about this unexpected experience.

Second time we stayed here. We were greeted by the very friendly hosts upon arrival, who explained everything we needed to know and more. We were welcomed with some nice treats such as home made cookies and bread, and honey from the farm. Location of the house is very quiet and fully surrounded by nature. It's a very spacious house, it has large bedrooms with comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. This is the perfect stay when visiting the Addo region.

Excellent. 100% recommended. Dorita is amazing. She helps you in everything she can. She recommended us a restaurant where we had an incredible dinner and, as we were going to Addo, she gave us a lot of nice tips! The room had everything needed. It was cold outside but we were really warm with the AC inside. Very complete and delicious breakfast. Easy and safe parking. Thank you so much!

We booked a Bush cabin and we would Do that anytime again. It was such a nice experience and for a change something completely different and special. We enjoyed it a lot to use the outdoor kitchen, having a fire at night and relaxing on the small terrace in the middle of the nature. Also showering outdoors felt very relieving. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy. The staff was also very friendly.

De Old Drift Guest Farm is a working citrus farm, located outside the small village of Addo and 15 minutes' drive away from Addo Elephant National Park. It offers an outdoor pool and sun terrace.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds (which have heating!! Important during cold season). Great game drive with very knowledgeable guide Lize - highly recommend! We also requested a little birthday surprise for my friend so they arranged cake, sparkling wine and some flowers that were waiting in the room on our arrival. Very well organized!
