We stayed 2 weeks in this villa. Equipment is complete, you have everything you need. Pool and rooms are amazing. The whole property is bigger than it looks like on the images, there is enough space for 4 adults. Location is inside a village but surrounded with kind neighbours and only 15min by car to Fetihye Centre. Many thanks to Selman and his family for hosting us and beeing always supportive.

My wife, my parents in law and I, had an absolutely wonderful stay at this spacious villa, tucked away in a peaceful part of Ölüdeniz. We stayed for seven nights and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The private pool was spotless and very well maintained, and we made great use of the barbecue facilities and lovely outdoor dining area. The kitchen was well-equipped with a generously sized fridge, a very convenient dishwasher, a large kettle, and even a sandwich maker, which came in handy for quick breakfasts. The living area featured a smart TV with internet access – we didn’t check for local channels, as streaming kept us entertained. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, ideal for two couples and there was a third bedroom with twin beds, great for children or additional guests. The master bedroom on the top floor was a real highlight, complete with its own jacuzzi and hot bath. Parking was also no issue, as we were able to park inside the property, with remote access provided by the helpful property manager - Emir Polat. All in all, a fantastic villa that we’d highly recommend, it had everything we needed and more for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the house and garden were very nice, and their restaurant and bar prices are really okay (we were expecting higher prices). We would definitely recommend Zai Jardin and hope to come back some day.

The Villa was spotlessly clean and tidy with lots of space and all the amenities we needed. The pool was fantastic and our two kids could have stayed in it for the entire holiday if we’d let them. All the appliances worked perfectly including the air con which was much needed as the temperature was 34 degrees most days. If you’re staying make time to visit The Wine House restaurant which is 5 mins away and does a Sunday BBQ that was delicious . Also Cadianda restaurant which is just up the road and nestled in amongst trees and vines making it a beautiful outdoor place for a traditional Turkish meal. Fethiye is about a 20km or 30 min drive to the market and harbour, which are both a must if you want some great shopping and dinning choices. I recommend some of the cafes on the harbour where you can enjoy a Turkish coffee or Tea whilst enjoying the view of the sea and mountains. Also make sure you get a photo in front of the famous Fethiye sign . So much to see and do, I wish we could have stayed much longer.

It is really nice to stay for Saklikent, Tlos and beach. You can have a great peivate pool for swiming and the facility is really clean and great. Perfect for family holiday as well. The view is amazing. It was worth to stay here.
