Close to a town where you can get fresh break for 0.40 euros if you can find the bakery and also a small general store that had everything. Central location allows you to choose what to do in the area; The abandoned hotel, the trail around the caldera, the huge number of vista points, swim in the lake or enjoy the picnic area that's just beyond (0.5km) the cabin. Very close to most beautiful ocean beach and sunsets. Most kind and hospitable hosts who took time to give plenty of valuable information & a much appreciated welcome basket at arrival. Private parking. Such a beautiful interior/design with nature views and fireplace. Netflix and youtube available on TV for a nice movie night on a rainy evening. Very cosy and home feeling. The fireplace is the best thing thereby, and the garden is cozy and intimate. We also used BBQ in the garden. The parking lot is big for everybody and easy to park on. There's a small wooden sign on the entrance. The lake is just around the corner and it's the best spot on the island. Dream of returning there during the summer.
