During our trip to the Douro Valley, we were amazed by the exceptional hospitality of the host. He welcomed us with warmth and care, showing generosity in everything – from recommendations to pleasant surprises. It was obvious he poured his heart into creating this place. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room, and many important little details. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation. We sincerely recommend this place to anyone seeking a homely atmosphere and an unforgettable experience in the Douro Valley.

Stunning views on the vineyards, lots of terraces to use and two pools. Spacious and modern bathroom. Super friendly host who allowed late checkout and welcomed us at the arrival, showing us around. Convenient and kind delivery of fresh bread in the morning. We didn’t want to leave!

    My family just loved our 4-night stay at this cozy, authentic and vaguely rustic country B&B. It’s a great jumping-off location for exploring the best port & wines the Douro Valley has to offer. Owned by a countess and run by a slightly salty & funny manager, we felt right at home. The pool was just big enough and a magnet for the kids, and the variety of flowers, plants and foliage festooning the property was stunning. Hope to return soon.
