The property has plenty of space for a large family. The host was welcoming and the location was perfect as it is 2 mins away from the commercial area. I recommend this property and I would definitely book it again. 10/10

I booked on Booking.com for guest house located in G13 Sector Islamabad. The facility does not exist at the address. The contact person as per your confirmation email for booking was +923483899903. When contacted he advised that he would have to check my booking if it exists. Then he handed over my contact number to another person who advised that on mobile that I have been given booking at another guesthouse located at F15 sector of Islamabad. My wife and I had appointment early morning on 15 July at Sector G13 that was the reason we booked at G-13 sector. I could not arrange to go to F15 at the night time. Repeat Sector G-13 this facility Serenity Cottage does not exist. I had a miserable time to find another suitable guest house nearby. Does I fall under compensation consideration of all stress and misery I passed through. Can you contact the facility and ask for explanation and remove this facility from booking.com. Looking for a suitable redressal.
