The house is obviously loved as it is very spacious yet cosy. It was very quiet and had on site parking. The internet speed was great. The shower was wonderful and hot with a pressure like the Milford sound falls. They had a washing machine which was handy to wash my clothes after a long run. It was walking distance to The Church eatery (would recommend) and Frasers beach. The bed base was one of those cardboard pull outs which I have only ever seen on the internet, but you didn't even notice it unless your foot brushed past it and then it made a sound of cardboard which is a little unsettling, but it was fine and the foam pillows were really nice. I would come back in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Te Anau Cottage. Loved everything about the place. From the fresh herbal teas, the views from the cottage. We even got to go and visit the farm animals in the property. We met the owners and had a good chat with them. They were so kind to share some fresh eggs with us that were so delicious! We will definitely recommend this place and hope to come back some day and stay longer!

Lovely stay! We stayed three nights and had time to enjoy both Te Anau and Milford Sounds. We were a bit hesitant of the dimensions at first but at the end we ate at home and the kitchen had everything we needed, and having dinner outside in the garden was very peaceful. Overall would recommend!
