Honestly, I have a hard time understanding some of the reviews, unless changes have been made since then. The accommodation is super easy to find, well marked on Google Maps, and the instructions given by the host leave no room for doubt. The villa has everything you could possibly need, from kitchen facilities and utensils to hygiene products. It truly feels like being at home. The space is very private, the garden is beautiful, and the only thing you hear are the birds singing. Last but most importantly, Mr. Omar is an incredible person. I am grateful for all the moments and meals we shared — he was like a father to me. Of course, his presence is optional: he comes early in the morning for maintenance, and afterwards the space is entirely yours. In my case, I chose to have his company, since i was travelling alone , and without a doubt I will carry his friendship with me for the rest of my life.

The farm is beautiful with various animals, including a peacock, and crops. The pool is also lovely, and the greenery and grass are well-maintained. The host is usually available by phone, and if not, his father is there to help. There's also a friendly gardener who lives on the property. Despite living on-site, the gardener respects privacy. His place is accessible when assistance is needed but is located away from the pool and main villa, ensuring both accessibility and privacy. It is not far from Marrakech; the road to Ait Ourir village is close and accessible via at least two routes, but the road is narrow and has many potholes, taking about 10 minutes. Maps and Waze don't usually work well, so it's better to ask the host for directions, as the address on booking sites isn't updated. We discovered a better road to Marrakech at the end of our stay: when you leave the farm, turn right at the main road, keep the water lake "Zaraba" on your left, then take the first left. From there, you can use Waze or Maps to navigate to Marrakech. For directions from Marrakech using this route, it's best to ask the host.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The property was exactly as described clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The highlight was definitely the private pool crystal clear water and a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The outdoor space was peaceful and private, with plenty of seating and even a BBQ area, which we really enjoyed. Inside, the villa was modern and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms. The air conditioning worked well.

My wife and I took a risk and were the first to book a newly uploaded Airbnb that had no reviews. But we were beyond impressed with how beautiful and clean this place was. As a Muslim couple the privacy of the villa and swimming pool was the highlight of our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our days sitting in the garden without worry that people would disturb or see us. Khalid served us a beautiful breakfast every morning, put new towels out and made sure that the house was cleaned. The detail to cleanliness was very important to us and we felt at home the entire time. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful and we would highly recommend this villa to any couples looking to have some alone time together. Khalid was an extremely kind and welcoming host!

A wonderful property which is tastefully decorated and is in a peaceful location. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. We were welcomed by Said at the property. Ilham ( Said’s wife ) was very kind and helpful. She made us an excellent meal on the first evening. We also requested her to make us Tagine on one evening which she made perfectly. We had a lovely cake and celebration on the new year. Ilham also made a lovely Friday afternoon meal with chicken and couscous for us before we left for the airport. Breakfast everyday was amazing and included traditional Moroccan as well as oriental choices. Property has 10-12 orange trees which were full of fresh ripe oranges at the time of our visit. We enjoyed fresh orange juice every morning and fresh oranges everyday. Kids loved the swimming pool which is private and well maintained. You can see the Atlas Mountains, and Morocco from the top of the property. The sunrise is beautiful to see from the property.
