Tailer's cottage was truly outstanding. What made it special was the staffmember, Jeewa. He went above and beyond to cater to my needs. He made excellent tea and breakfast. Very knowledgeable about the town. Very warm and welcoming. My room upstairs was very modern and comfortable. The view of the building opposit was not the best when I pulled the curtains at night, it was not an issue. It is 1- minutes from town walking. Absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it.

A most charming colonial bungalow with beautiful antique furnishings. The whole place was very well kept and the rooms immaculately clean. We had a lovely stay at this very clean and spacious homestay. The host was incredibly accommodating, helping us order delicious dinner and breakfast from a nearby restaurant. For those who prefer to cook, the homestay also has a fully equipped kitchen, along with a dining room and living room. This is a perfect spot if you’re doing the Pekoe Trail. We arrived after a rainy day and were grateful to have space to hang all our clothes to dry for the next day. Don’t hesitate to stay here—it’s a wonderful and welcoming place!

The 1st view it self was so breath taking ,with the cold breeze view of the waterfall right in front of me took me to another world ,felt so energized, The villa was so tidy and very clean (washroom linen perfect), with all the modern amenities.This is a self catered villa but there are many dining places around,i would recommend the mlesna tea castle minutes away from the villa with superb western and sri lankan food,staff is very friendly i would highly recommend this for a perfect getaway!!!

We really enjoy our stay: it is like the pictures, it was very clean and nice. Staff was very helpful, and got in touch also in advance to know if we need support with our trip. Suggested good place to eat, while our friends in the adjecent villa were able to cook in the equipped kitchen. Good and rich breakfast was served directly into the appartament. Just wished we could stay longer to enjoy more the area!
