Perfect for a family of four. Easy and short walk to the beach and the main street with all the restaurants. Lovely host! We were in luck that it was available, because people book longer stays once they seen the place. It's a great variety to have the vibrant arugam bay and the sereen stay with this place. We highly recommend! And we stay in touch with Haleem, because we're coming back.

Clean, Quietly, Air Conditioner, mosquitonet, very clean bedroom, no bad smell look like new. Bad changes and laundry ( need to ask) Very nice and helpful personal, good location to any spot and infrastructure in state but Quilty so you can enjoy rest of day. Will be booking again.

A hidden gem! My husband and me loved this place. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything. We've been there for a whole month and couldn't ask for more: fully equipped kitchen, sleeping room with air con, an own backyard with lots of palm trees, beautiful sunrises and a big deck upstairs. The house is actually at the beach, so you can watch the ocean anytime. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place.

Absolutely charming place to stay, very specious and has sweet green area with mango try and palmas. Strongly recommend both for families and remoters , Internet connection is good. Also has all the necessities and utilities. Host Rilu will know to take care of all the needs and deeds. 10/10

As fresh as a daisy. The staff and service provided were top noch. Sri lankan hospitality at its finest. With attention and care given to every detail, but not in an intrusive way. All requests were met with a smile. Villa was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Most amazing was the convenience of lovely sunrise at the beach in front of Villa, sunset views and very quiet place. We spent two weeks in the house, working remotely and surfing. The house is well equipped for cooking and spacious, even for a small family or group of friends. It's simple but good value for money.
