The apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable for our family with 3 small children. We especially loved the surrounding area of nature, vineyards, little village on top of the hill where we found a nice pizza place, and it is only 10 min to the beaches. The owner will provide you with lots of great suggestions what to see, where to eat, the events.. while you stay there.

The breakfast was outstanding, the views overlooking the hills were spectacular and the staff was so kind and helpful. We actually had an issue with a box on top of our vehicle and the owner helped me fix it as well as gave me rope just to be kind. The room was very comfortable and after we were checked out the owner suggested we stay and enjoy the pool for a few more hours, which we did!! We also ate a meal at the owner's restaurant down the street in the little village. It was delicious!

The staff really make this place extra special- everyone from Marica at Reception, to the ladies in housekeeping, the staff working in the restaurant and the lovely gentleman tending to the gardens. Breakfast is abundant with lots of variety and the rooms are very comfortable and cooled efficiently by interesting building technique. The food at the restaurant is very good - I ate 3 dinners and 1 lunch there and tried many different things (including their wines and fantastic olive oil). Lastly the pool area with amazing views from the Adriatic to the little hamlet of Monteprandone with vineyards and olive trees in so relaxing, it’s hard to drag yourself away from the Agriturismo to do any sightseeing.

Very nice house in a great location. The room was very clean. The house owner doesn't speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us. There is a person who speaks English and you can contact with her any questions you may have. The owner of the house serves an excellent breakfast every morning on the terrace with a very nice view. The house is in a very good location to visit the most beautiful places in the Marche region. We highly recommend visiting Offida, Ripatransone, Petritoli, Grottammare Alta, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno.

    The location is a real center. The hosts are truly friendly and helpful. The place has almost all utensils and appliances for a comfort stay. The house is very neat, very cosy, and very autentic. We liked this town and enjoyed our vacation.
