Lovely house very spacious with lots of room. Great communication by host. Just be aware that there’s a steep hill to climb up if you don’t have a car, but as a consequence you get stunning views of the lake, mountains and sunsets. Had a welcome bottle of alcohol which was a great touch and a full equipped kitchen.

The views and grounds were sensational! The breakfast was so tasty, especially the tarts and croissants! The hosts were so welcoming and very informative, especially lovely Mary! We loved this accommodation. So clean filled with all amenities and so very very close to train station. We were greeted by our host at the front door. Attilio was so friendly and loved the treats left for us. He was so accommodating re check in as we were arriving late. Nothing was an issue for him. Would highly recommend a stay here. Wish we stayed longer

Everything was so nice. Alfina is the best host possible. She made our stay a perfect experience. Since it was our honeymoon, she even had a surprise cake (so good) and a prosecco bottle prepared for us. If that wasn't enough, she fully stocked the fridge with a lot of good food that helped us a lot for our breakfasts. The apartment is very cozy and with the perfect temperature. Since our stay was in December, with a very cold weather, we found a warm and comfortable environment for relaxing and having a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful Varenna and the other locations in Lake di Como. We highly recommend staying in I Tre Oleandri if you come to visit this beautiful part of Italy. Grazie mille, Alfina!

The b&b was very excellent choice, the view was amazing, the hotel manager was very helpful giving us instructions how to get in every destinations we want also the last day he transferred us to the nearest bus station. The breakfast was molto delizioso. And the room was very clean.
