We liked Grace's care and kind attitude. She welcomed us to her house and showed us the place, explaining things. Then she kept texting every day to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. There were small and large bottles of still and mineral water inside the fridge and in the kitchen, which was very thoughtful of her, as it was a warm Sunday afternoon when we arrived. There were also plenty of coffee and tea, a coffee machine, electric kettle, cooker and oven, even a toaster, so it was easy to make your own breakfast. The beds were comfortable, each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower, toilet and tub, even a bidet. We also liked the cozy garden with a small table where you could have your meals in peace and quiet. There were lots and lots of towels, probably more than 20, everything was very clean! The living room was spacious, with a large tv set for various channels, including Netflix. Grace even providwd umbrellas when it rained and she was always careful to insure our well-being. Thanks, Grace! We were close to the city centre (7-8 minutes on foot) and we enjoyed walking around.

Everything was great!! Paolo was really nice and helpful. We really recommend renting bikes with them! We had a shared bathroom and it was really clean and nice, so if you are worried about shearing a bathroom don’t be! The house is also really pretty and quiet, we really recommend this stay!

The whole place was spacious, very close to nature, with stunning views and a great AC system that chilled the room in a matter of minutes! The windows were equipped with mosquito nets, so it was an added plus! The staff was very nice and the breakfast had plenty of options (compared to other Italian breakfasts I tried 😂). The location was great with a car, but it was also a 13 minutes walk to the train station and 20-25 mins to the little center of the city, so quite comfy for anyone.
