2 minutes drive from middle of Milltown Malbay, another 2-3 minutes from the beach in Spanish point and Lehinch maybe 10 minutes away. Brilliant house, very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, ideal for families or couples, Noel is very accommodating and very informative about the house and area and offers a very warm welcome. Couldn't recommend it more to be honest, best house I've stayed in for a holiday in a long long time.

**** We arrived at this picturesque place near the sea and immediately felt at home. The communication with the hosts was very nice even before we arrived. We received a warm welcome on arrival. Spotlessly clean! That was the first thing we noticed. Mary was very accommodating with the early check in and super helpful with everything. David, who was taking care of the breakfast, is most friendly and gave us a few tips about the area. All in all — great place, lots of fresh air, wonderful breakfast, would absolutely recommend!
