We had so much fun here! The apartment has a great upper view of the golf. The location was quiet and had everything we wanted: a lovely pool area, the perfect little private beach, lots of trees and natural shade, the free kayaks were pleasant surprise.

We loved this villa. It’s a beautifully refurbished old house that keeps its rustic charm and quirky shape, but has all the modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and reliable Wi-Fi. The only thing not in the house is air-conditioning, but we didn’t need it—during our stay daytime highs were around 30 °C and, thanks to the village’s position and elevation, evenings were a very pleasant 20–22 °C. Syvros itself is a traditional Greek village with characterful buildings and genuine tavernas. The streets are narrow, but drivers are considerate and the area around the villa is wonderfully quiet. A special bonus is the multi-level garden: the lowest terrace is nicely shielded from stray light, so on clear nights we watched shooting stars and could even glimpse the Milky Way. The photos on Booking are faithful—no wide-angle tricks to make rooms look bigger—so what you see is what you get (though the villa’s atmosphere is hard to capture in pictures). Communication with Rania was fast, clear and never intrusive; we always felt we could rely on her, and we were very grateful because of that.

The weekend was wonderful thanks to the owner of villa! It has all the necessary stuff for living here such as bed linen, towels, air conditioners, household equipment, dishes etc., moreover including even first-aid kit and feminine hygiene products. We were surprised this villa even comply inclusiveness requirements. House was super clean and especially we appreciated outside pool zone with a wonderful mountain view. Apart from the living conditions we want to thank the owner Andreas, who is a very friendly and attentive host. Andreas ensured utmost comfortable staying and responded all our needs and requests. And a special thank to Andreas for a medical assisting, which he has organized in a few minutes when it was necessary.
