Best place to stay if you visit Kavala. The apartment is located in the old town and upon arrival we were greeted by the owner Kostas who immediately assisted us with finding a parking spot. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean and well located. Kostas was an excellent host giving us tips and hints for the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

This is a hidden gem. Everything is newly renovated. It has everything you could possible need. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of each bedroom. The living is quite spacious. The kitchen has all the needed utensils, everything was new and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like a baby. I really, really appreciated the cleanliness. Also the host was very hospitable and helpful. You can get to the beach really easy in a couple of minutes, you just cross the street and go down a flight of stairs.

The location of the house is good, it is great to have its own parking lot in front of the house. It has two separate rooms, a living room and a large kitchen. It is very suitable for a family with two children or a group of friends of 3-4 people. The furnishings in the house are full and very useful, everything is there, all details are thought out. The powerful air conditioner in the living room is enough for all rooms. There is a large balcony. The owner left ice cream and pizza in the fridge, we liked it very much. We accidentally broke the key to the entrance door of the house, the owner welcomed it maturely. We wanted to pay the fee but he did not accept it. He is very polite. He is a hospitable and helpful person. We thank him very much. We recommend this house to everyone.

We only spent one day in the house and wish we could have stayed there for a few days. The flat is located so that you have great views of Kavala from the balcony. Photos could not convey the beauty that opens up in front of you. The reality is much better. The house has everything you need for living, the interior is made with great taste, all the little things are carefully thought out. Car parking in front of the house. We were in the warm season but don't be afraid to come in the winter too, The house has heating. Nicky and Dennis are wonderful hosts. We are sure we will choose their house next time.

    Everything was great! The area is very quiet and it’s practically in the forest. The yard is big (our son had a lot of space and was enjoying the outside) and has some seesaw, football goal, sport balls for kids. The owners are the nicest people! They were very attentive and helpful! Fulfill all of our requests. The house was clean and cozy! The fireplace (considering the timing it was cold at night) created a special atmosphere! Also, there is a parking space (which is a huge plus).
