The location was excellent with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is literally on the beach and the children had the time of their life as they could play in the garden safely. The hostess was very friendly and really helpful.

The apartment is spacious, new and more than we hoped for. It has two beautiful terraces overlooking the sea, well equiped, the AC is new and works very well, fast internet and in a quiet area, but walking distance from the restaurants, the beach and the clubs. I can't think of a better location in Kalithea, so we would choose it again for a future vacation.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The owner was very attentive to us. She offered us refreshments every day she saw us. She asked if we had any requests or found anything negative. She was very warm and hospitable. We thank her and her children very much. The house is in a great location. It's a 1-minute walk from the center. There's a bakery nearby, 20 meters away. The market is very close by. There's parking behind the house. There's air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. If I come back, I'll choose this place. Thank you Katerina🙏🏻

The villa has all amenties you may need - washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, including the capsules for all of them. It is super clean and comfy, with a big living room space and a big table and sofa area outside. Location is perfect - quiet and yet - the beach is across the street and supermarkets/seaside street/restaurants are in 5 minutes walk. The pool is clean and warm. We had a great vacation! Thanks to the host - Petru. We will visit you again :)

The apartment is part of a complex located right next to the beach, which was fantastic for quick access. The living room was small, but the bedroom was comfortable, and the apartment was clean and very functional. It had a wonderful balcony with a sea view, perfect for sitting and relaxing. Stepping out from the garden straight onto the beach was a real treat. The property is within a short walking distance to the town center and local restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful, welcoming us at the entrance on the first day. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

The apartment was perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in this villa was exceptional. It was the ideal option for our big family with a baby. It is a very comfortable spacious villa, with a nice green garden, easily accessible, with a great access to the shops and the beach just nearby. We appreciated a lot the beautiful sea view from the balconies! We found the villa clean and tidy, all the baby equipment was available and the hosts especially kind and helpful. It will be definitely our choice for staying in Halkidiki in the future.
