Loved this accommodation! Close to amenities! Supermarkets within a 2 min walk! Lots of parking.. request a permit on booking. 2 ovens huge kitchen ! Beds so comfy ! Suntrap area in garden .. you won't be disappointed if you stay...family dining room, outside garden furniture ,, landlord is avaliable if u need anything it was so comfy and pet friendly a beautiful park walk 10 mins away. Beach 25 mins away if walking ! Highly recommend you book in advance.

    Self catering. But the provision of tea. coffee and milk was very considerate. The Cottage is also situated two doors from a small corner shop / off licence. The Cottage owners were extremely helpful in sorting out parking permits. We had no trouble in parking the two cars outside or very nearby. The little garden was delightful.

    Host readily on hand to sort out access. Good communication with host. Lodge was warm and cosy - our party was a couple and their 2 adult children and there was plenty of room for all. Good lounge layout for chatting and playing games. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of hot water. Short stroll to Eastney end of Southsea beach. Short walk to Hayling Island ferry. Parking easy.
