Everything was perfectly maintained, the bed was comfortable and the blockout curtains were fabulous. The location is excellent and the off street parking very safe. Whisper quiet even though it is in town. We enjoyed pizza from d’alessandro and the pub next door to the pizza restaurant had lovely gin. We would definitely book this beautiful place again.

It was lovely and clean. Had absolutely everything you needed for 1 night or 1 week! It’s lovely and spacious, beds super super Comfy! Everything you need is right on the door steps. To explore places it was only a 30/40 min drive minimum to where you wanted to be.

Absolutely charming cottage and perfect base for exploring the area! Excellent starting point for numerous walks and hikes in the beautiful Peak District. The cottage itself is very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. The village of Winster is picturesque and peaceful. Laura, the owner, is very helpful and responsive.     The cottage it's self was super cosy once it had been cleaned. Very quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for. The board games were a great addition. The hot tub was very relaxing, and the beds were super comfy. The dressing gowns and slippers were a lovely touch.

    The location is perfect, beautiful views and lovely cottage garden. Great for bird watching. Lovely cottage with good extras in the house, bath room and kitchen. Very pretty and close to parking. Mobility was easy as my mum is in a mobility scooter, she drove it along the path and round to the facility room and straight in. Although there are stairs inside they have banisters and were fine for her to negotiate.

    Lovely cottage in a great location for exploring the Peak District. The cottage was very comfortable, clean and we didn't want for anything. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a busy day, with good views across the countryside, lovely and quiet too. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated.

    This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The cottage is so cosy and it has everything you need. It is immaculate all through. The welcoming tray was lovely too. The log cabin with the fire pit is a bonus on cold nights. It is also a good location. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
