A beautifully presented home with everything you could possibly need for a holiday home and more! All the rooms were very spacious and we made use of both the breakfast bar and dining table for meals. The kitchen was fully kitted out with cooking utensils and crockery so we could easily make our own meals. The child of our party loved the attic space with a football table and games to play as well as a big screen TV for movie time. The house was well equipped for our dog, with a utility room and safety gates as well as an enclosed garden space. Location was great for exploring the lakes, we also loved Grange over Sands which was only down the road.

Quite location. Great conversion of Byre to living accommodation , lovely beams, lots of space and light and a rear courtyard with tables and chairs and table at front. Lovely comfortable beds and bedding. Fantastic shower.

The location was so beautiful, we wanted to visit Windermere but couldn’t find a property at a reasonable price so decided to book this. But this town turned out to be so beautiful, and the property was also nice, clean and right in the centre. Multiple shops around.. beautiful walk. Good size property for a group of 8, with 2 showers, although 3 bathrooms were mentioned but the 3rd one only had a bath tub, no shower.

    The cottage was exceptionally clean and very well equipped, with little gifts of sweet treats and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in the fridge for us. The nearby private garden with the hot tub was fun, unfortunately not made much use of as the weather turned colder, but that only made the cottage itself more cosy.
