The location is pretty close to Montezuma. The house is small but very convenient for four people family. It has all the necessities for our stay. The host, Edwin, is very friendly and pleasant to speak with.

We stayed in the Mint villa for 6 nights and it was wonderful. Concierge Josefina was incredibly helpful with any questions we had and to help with bookings. The villa is such a peaceful place, so close to the Santa Teresa Main Street (5min drive, 15 min walk) yet you feel like you’re in the jungle. We had a couple of monkeys visit the trees outside our balcony and saw loads of birds, including hummingbirds right by the pool. Yes the road is steep to get there (like many in CR!) but totally fine if you have a powerful enough car. We had a big 4wd for our whole trip but I think an ATV would be the easiest option. We also walked it which was sweaty but fine… although wear grippy shoes as I slipped going downhill on the loose gravel (and so a few other people slip too!)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is absolutely perfect, just a quick 3-minute drive from the heart of Santa Teresa, so you’re close to the best restaurants and shops, yet far enough to fully enjoy the peacefulness and natural beauty of the jungle. Nestled on a quiet hillside with stunning ocean views, the setting is serene and feels like a private retreat. The house itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for both families and groups of friends. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the layout to the decor, creating a space that’s both functional and stylish. The concierge service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless from start to finish. We felt well taken care of the entire time. This place truly offers the best of both worlds: close to everything you want, but tucked away just enough to enjoy the magic of the jungle and the views. We can’t wait to come back!

The guest, Gerardo is the best guest you could have. Since he knows everything and everyone in the surrounding, he can guide you for all you need. The house is perfectly located in the forest surrounded by magnificent trees and lots of animals. The small pool is very nice in the hot afternoon and at night. The house everything you need for a long stay and it is well divided and large for a couple. The terrasse at the back is just gorgeous, calm and relaxing. My wife and me worked the whole week via internet and the WiFi is really solid with Starlink.

This villa is absolutely stunning! We stayed here as a family of 4, with kids 19 and 22. We had had a week of activities further north, and stayed here for a week of relaxation as the second part of our trip. This villa could not have been more perfect for all of us for this. Sophie was extremely helpful, not only for our villa needs but also with recommendations for restaurants, car hire and trips. Extremely luxurious and well designed villa which sits just a few minutes above the cool town of Santa Teresa. I would also say - come in the rainy season! It's actually the most beautiful time as everything is so green. It rains for maybe an hour every day but otherwise perfect sunny weather.
